Kitchen Studios
We have two kitchen studio spaces that are fully equipped with everything you would need for a successful shoot. Whether it is a small food shoot or you are cooking up a storm let us know what your shoot needs and we’ll help you pick the studio that will best work for you and your team.
The Front Kitchen Studio
The Front Kitchen Studio is flowing with lovely natural light throughout and the old barn door and the brick walls make for stunning backgrounds. This studio is built with a staged kitchen that is uniquely designed and can work as a backdrop for your photos and videos. With the prep kitchen to the side allowing the food stylist to have their own allocated area to work away.
The Back Kitchen Studio
This kitchen is designed in a fun industrial style, with shelving above the counters allowing you to style the kitchen to suit your clients or brands needs. When hiring the back kitchen you are also hiring the loft area so you have the option of shooting both in natural light or use blackout blinds provided.
The Loft Studio
Our loft studio can also be rented on its own without the use of The Back Kitchen Studio. It is ideal for portrait shoots and small product photography and also ideal for portfolio shoots with old original stone walls giving it a unique look. There is beautiful natural light and also black out blinds to enable you to design the lighting to suit your shoot.
Kitchen Facilities
Knowing how food stylists and food economists are used to preparing beautiful dishes in the craziest of environments. We here at Thyme Studios wanted to create a space where they can cook with ease and be all set up to do the best job they can. In-House Props
We understand that when it comes to food photography having availability to more props allows you the freedom to create without confinement. With a love for finding unique pieces and a collection which we have been steadily growing over a number of years, we have a selection of items which will match many briefs and stylist needs. A section of props are available to use when you hire a studio with us, and prop hire to use on location is also an option.
